For Trials which have already been adopted in England or Wales, simply send your original application form direct to the SMHRN administrator.
If you are planning a cross-border study, simply send the application form to the Network where the Chief Investigator is based.

That Network will become the co-ordinating Network for your study, and will automatically forward your form to the relevant Network in Scotland, England or Wales as appropriate.
