What is the Scottish Mental Health Service User Researcher Database?
The Scottish Mental Health Service User Researcher Database provides an opportunity for people to be involved within mental health research as a researcher. If you join the Database we will send you information about research projects that would like your help.
Who is eligible to join the Database?
We are looking for people who have, or have had, a mental health condition and who would be willing to be a researcher within mental health research. You do not need to have previous experience in or knowledge about research. We are interested in your help and perspective as a service user. Any knowledge or training you need to have will be provided to you by the research team you are helping.
Would you like some service user involvement in your research?
If you are a researcher who would like to use the Database in order to recruit service user researchers, or if you are interested in finding out how the Database can assist you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for initial enquiries.
