Summary

The proposed trial aims to identify a sample of help-seeking individuals operationally defined to be at high-risk of psychosis and to evaluate the effectiveness of a specific model-driven psychological intervention in preventing, postponing and/or ameliorating transition to psychosis over the subsequent year compared to a monitoring control.
